Emily Neville

Emily Neville is a senior research analyst at Rock Central Detroit, the nation’s largest mortgage lender, which is based in Michigan.  She is focused on tying quantitative data with qualitative insights to help understand the client’s perspective of what’s happening, why, and what we can do about it. Emily has taken a feedback tracking pilot to a fully scaled voice of the client program,  establishing a client satisfaction measurement program across all Rocket business units. When she is not creating JD Power winning client experiences, being a new mom, or pursuing her MBA, you will find her using her only ten minutes of free time watching the cheesiest horror movies available on Netflix.
