Maggie Anderson is a writer, information architect, and content strategist at Capital One. Lately she’s been leading projects that connect groups across silos and bring customer needs into conversations about API design and data. Before Capital One, she earned her MFA in creative nonfiction from Oregon State University, built financial decision-making tools at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, ran press and marketing for the University of Iowa Museum of Art, and worked as a daily news journalist at the Bakersfield Californian. Part of her heart is always back in Iowa on her family farm.
