When Amelie realized her parents clearly had no intention of uprooting the entire family to move to Hollywood, and her plans of becoming a celebrity actress faded into ethereal dreamland, she turned to communications. She moved across provinces to try every aspect of communications in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors.
