Dayana (Day, for short) is the director of growth at Pickle Jar Communications. She has 13 years of marketing and content strategy experience, mostly in higher education. She’s led enrollment and digital innovation work at Penn State, Cornell, and Western University (Canada). Her strengths are in enrollment marketing, productivity, and stakeholder management. As a lifelong immigrant who has lived in six different countries, equity and diversity are really important to her. She sees content strategy as a true equalizer, and part of her motivation to do this work is so students of all backgrounds have access to the educational institutions they deserve to be a part of.
