Registration details

How can I pay for Confab?

By credit card: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

By PO: During the registration process, select “PO” under payment options. You will receive a link to your invoice once registration is complete. Submit this invoice to your purchasing department to create a PO.

By payment plan: This year, you can pay for your Confab ticket in four equal installments by credit card, check, or wire transfer. During the registration process, select “Payment plan” under payment options. We’ll be in touch via email with easy-to-follow instructions.

By check: During the registration process, select “check” under payment options. You will receive a link to your invoice once registration is complete, which will include mailing information and payment instructions.

By wire transfer: During the registration process,  select “wire transfer” under payment options. You will a link to your invoice once registration is complete, which will include bank information and payment instructions.

Can my team register for Confab as a group?

Yes. During the registration process, you’ll have the option to add additional attendees.

Are there any discounts available?

Yes! If you qualify for a discount, use the associated code for $100 off your event ticket price. Codes do not apply to recordings-only tickets. Please note that discount codes cannot be combined.

  • Groups of three or more: GROUP100 (enter the code for each person during the registration process)
  • Higher ed employees: HIGHERED100
  • Nonprofit employees: NONPROFIT100
  • Government employees: GOV100

Can I just buy the recordings?

Yes, you can purchase access to the main conference talk recordings for $595. You’ll have access to the recordings and downloadable slides through April 2023. Recordings are not available for workshops, social events, or any small-group sessions. Buy recordings-only access ticket.

Can I cancel my event registration if I can’t attend?

Yes, if you cancel:

  • by January 14, 2022 (5:00 p.m. CST), you will receive a 75% refund of total fees.
  • by February 11, 2022 (5:00 p.m. CST), you will receive a 50% refund of total fees.
  • by March 25, 2022 (5:00 p.m. CST), you will receive a 25% refund of total fees.

No refunds are available after March 25, 2022. We do not offer refunds on recordings-only tickets. Review our full terms and conditions.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes. The deadline to transfer your ticket is 5:00 p.m. CST on April 15, 2022. Contact us to complete a transfer. Review our full terms and conditions.

What about COVID-19?

The health and safety of our attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff are priority number one. We’re carefully tracking all the latest health and safety guidance for large group gatherings from the CDC and the Minnesota Department of Health, and we plan to follow it precisely.
