Marchaé Grair is a freedom fighter and writer. She is currently the director of public relations and outreach at the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA), a progressive faith movement. Marchaé provides thought leadership about communicating in more inclusive ways as the UUA confronts systemic white supremacy in its organizational change work.
In her previous role, Marchaé was the digital content manager at the United Church of Christ. While there, she blended her love of spiritual contemplation and justice-seeking as an editor and contributor to Rise Up: Spirituality for Resistance, a book of spiritual reflections for justice advocates. She is also currently studying to become a spiritual director at Still Harbor in Massachusetts.
