Yes, up until three weeks before the event (April 1). Just get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll take care of you.
You can also cancel your registration if there’s no one to send in your place. If you cancel within 48 hours of registering, you’ll receive a full refund. After the 48-hour grace period (up until April 1), you’ll receive a refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. If you need to cancel, just let us know at email@example.com.
After April 1, we’re sorry to say we can’t cancel or transfer your registration or issue a refund.
