You can also cancel your registration if there’s no one to send in your place. If you cancel within 48 hours of registering, you’ll receive a full refund. After the 48-hour grace period (up until April 30), you’ll receive a refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. If you need to cancel, just let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After April 30, we’re sorry to say we can’t cancel or transfer your registration or issue a refund.
