Content persona tools: What’s your product saying behind your back?


Never before has it been so important to define and measure your UX product content. The ability to maintain and amplify a consistent in-product voice is no small feat—but companies like Marriott and Postmates are doing it. These companies are leading the pack on product content strategy as they manage dozens of screens with user-facing content in every application they own—and each company has multiple versions of every application for Android, iOS, and web.

In this session, we’ll walk through real-world examples and learn how world-class companies build product personas into their apps and software. You will:

  • Discover tools and a tech stack for measuring and managing your product personas.
  • Learn about the processes companies use in order to scale product content strategy.
