Assess and progress: How to identify high-impact content initiatives

With so many competing content needs within a large organization, you can’t do everything at once. So how do you know where to begin making content improvements? Now, there’s a better answer than, “Wherever you can!”

In this presentation, you’ll learn the “Content Assess and Progress” methodology. It helps you hone in on the specific aspects of your content, or content practices, that need the most work and will have the biggest impact on your organization.

This session focuses on identifying strategic priorities. You’ll learn:

  • The different categories and aspects of content strategy that need to be considered
  • How to use known business and content priorities to identify content strategy priorities
  • How to know if you’re ready to tackle those priorities, or what you need to do to prepare yourself

Who should attend? This session is designed for in-house content leaders who have some understanding of over-arching organizational goals and constraints (or lack of them!). It’s also appropriate for content strategy consultants who work with in-house content leaders.
