Combining user needs and business needs

We all know about talking to our audience in ways they will listen. But how can you turn what your business wants to say into what users want to hear? If your business wants to publish a lot of content that you know won’t ever be read, what can you do about it?

It might take some creativity, but this workshop will see how far we can go in turning truly awful content into something your audience really wants to read.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:

  • Turn business content into something users want.
  • Help colleagues understand why user-centred content is the quickest way to share business content.
  • Write the way the human brain works, so half the hard work is done.
  • Work together to get great content.

Note: You’ll need a pad of paper, a pen, and any Wi-Fi-enabled device (e.g., phone, tablet, laptop) for this workshop.
